The Advanced AEO Certification is recognized by the World Customs Organization as one of the highest qualifications for enterprises worldwide and is often regarded as a “green pass” for international trade. Since launching the certification initiative at the end of 2023, KOMO has carried out comprehensive, systematic improvements under the guidance of senior management. Through joint efforts across departments—from institutional refinement and process optimization to simulation drills—the company significantly strengthened its internal governance and risk-control capabilities.

Factory Director Mr. Zeng introduced innovative management practices to efficiently implement customs rectification requirements through refined operational standards. Director Mr. Zhang coordinated strategic resources and enhanced compliance oversight. Director Ms. Pan oversaw the entire certification process, streamlining and optimizing end-to-end supply chain management. Serving as the central hub, the Customs Affairs Department played a critical role in policy implementation and cross-department coordination. Multiple departments—including Production, Warehousing, Production Planning & Logistics, Finance, Administration & HR, and the Information & Data Center—contributed collectively, ensuring seamless execution of the strategic roadmap.

Through nearly two years of dedicated effort, KOMO successfully aligned its management systems with international standards, building a solid foundation for certification approval.

On October 22, 2025, the customs certification team conducted a comprehensive audit of KOMO. By reviewing three years of import and export documentation, financial records, and internal control systems—together with on-site inspections of key areas such as warehouses and production workshops—the team thoroughly assessed the company’s performance in security control, compliance management, and supply chain operations.

The auditors highly commended KOMO’s robust risk-control framework and supply chain management efficiency, and recognized the professionalism and responsiveness demonstrated by employees across all departments.
